IBGA Vision Cup 2022 Results
TPC Sawgrass Stadium Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida
The 2022 Vision Cup tournament matching the top players from North America team versus the top players from the Rest of the World team was hosted by the United States Blind Golf Association with sponsorship from Ground Zero 360 and the IBGA. Ground Zero 360 is dedicated to the New York Police Department officers who lost their lives or suffered serious harm from the attack on the World Trade Center on 9/11 resulting in the largest loss of life by a foreign attack on American soil.
This biennial event was held at the famous TPC Sawgrass Stadium course in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. This is the same location where the top professional golfers hold their annual PGA Championship and is highlighted by the infamous seventeenth island green, par three hole.
The format includes the top four players in each sight classification from North America versus the top four players from the Rest of the World. This year, we added two additional spots for the two top women along with the other twelve players bringing the total number of competitors to fourteen players per team.
The dates of this event began on Monday, September 19 and ran through Thursday, September 22.

The other special acknowledgement goes to Paul McCormack with his tireless commitment in organizing this event and the funding required to host this tournament at such a prestigious venue.
