ISPS Handa British Blind Open
Repeat performance by Eakin

The British Blind Open in 2011 was held at the Hiton Templepatrick Hotel and returned to the same venue this year. John Eakin from England was the winner in 2011 and once again triumphed over 34 blind golfers from 13 countries. His nett score of 139 was 5 clear of Allan Morgan of Scotland and 7 from Garrett Slattery of South Africa.
The ladies competition provided a very close finish with Chiara Giacosa from Italy on 144 beating Jan Dinsdale from Northern Ireland by one shot and Karin Becker from Austria by 2.
